Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. Amir Swimwear will not accept any returns after 14 days. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return. All Items must be in their original packaging.
You must include the original invoice.
Return by Mail
1. Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories)
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received. Please allow 2-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email.
